As humans, we are all dealing with something, especially during this time of Coronavirus, social injustice, economic uncertainty, grief and loss, and so many more difficulties. Life has a unique way of getting our attention. Whether good or bad, we all go through stressful times. Maybe, you have been finding yourself thinking a lot about the past…past trauma, past unresolved issues, past dreams deferred, past hurt, and you’ve been feeling anxious, depressed, lonely, hopeless, worried, guilty, overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or disconnected.
