Creative Genius Law® is a boutique business, intellectual property and new media law firm — we work exclusively with creative entrepreneurs and innovative businesses of all sizes. We use the law to leverage opportunities instead of restricting our clients’ creativity. We believe that protecting our client’s intellectual property is the key to leveraging their creativity for cash, impact and legacy.
Our mission is to help creative entrepreneurs and innovative businesses generate wealth and build generational businesses by developing intellectual property strategies that will earn them at least $1MM annually as an independent revenue stream. From day to day, we help our clients recognize and honor their own “every day” creative genius in how they value themselves in contracts and collaborations.
We are one of few law firms not named after the founding partner. This is intentional. Our goal from the beginning was to put the clients…our “creative geniuses” at the center of everything that we do. Even in our name, we wanted our clients to know that it’s not about us. It’s about them.
Internally, we strive to cultivate a supportive environment for creative professionals in the legal industry. We encourage leadership, innovative ideas + collaboration.
