Dr. Meag-gan is a Staff Psychologist at Stanford University’s Counseling and Psychological Services and Lecturer in the Stanford School of Medicine. Dr. O’Reilly created the first satellite clinic at Stanford for Black undergrad and graduate students. This created increased access for Black students to receive immediate and ongoing counseling. Dr. Meag-gan has a passion for Black STEM students after growing up witnessing her sister’s struggle in Physics. Outside of Stanford, Dr. Meag-gan is the Co-founder & CEO of Inherent Value Psychology INC., her private practice that provides group and individual counseling to Black Silicon Valley tech professionals as well as international DEI speaking engagements. The mission of IVP is to Redefine Productivity as Liberating the Unconditional Self. Notably, Dr. Meag-gan took to the TEDx stage in 2018 to remind us that our lives matter to the world. Her research focuses on social justice and areas of clinical expertise include college student mental health, perfectionism, and trauma.
