Keith Thompson, the Founder of KTX Fitness grew up as an obese child. In 2008, he was working as an IT professional weighing nearly 300 pounds. Frustrated with his weight, health and diet books he decided to attend a step class and loved it!
From this moment, Keith knew what his passion was. He soon after became certified as a group fitness instructor through AFAA and started teaching classes at a nationwide gym across the greater Atlanta area. While the gym was fond of Keith, management became concerned with his “nontraditional” approach to teaching. With a desire for helping to transform lives and his love for step and cycling, “KTX Fitness” was born!
