Denver-based BBQ restaurant over 40 years ago after a distinguished career with the New York Jets.
. His daughters, Hovlyn Hill-May and Heather Hill, are continuing their father’s legacy as owners of Winston’s Smoke and have teamed up with Jonathan Coggins, owner of Smoke’N Blues BBQ and have developed a unique take on Texas/Memphis (“Tephis”) BBQ under one roof.
