Winston’s Kitchen uses only the freshest ingredients, nothing is canned or prepared in advance. The Jerk Chicken is slow grilled on a wood burning fire with Winston’s own jerk seasoning, the rice–n-peas are made with coconut milk right from the shell, and the herbs are grown in his own organic garden – no short cuts here.
Winston, the master chef, with over 40 years of experience, oversees every aspect of the preparation. Born and raised in St. Mary’s parish Jamaica, Winston began cooking for his family as early as 7 years old. He began cooking for the public at around 12 when the old man down the road asked him to help him out cooking for a wedding. Winston, already being afraid of nothing in the kitchen, said ok. And so it began … Winston has been cooking his whole life; he loves it and you will too!
